What better to brew with our longtime friends at DEYA than a super drinkable, tropical and bold hazy IPA? We've combined the double pineapple punch of El Dorado and Idaho 7 with dollops of Motueka and a seasoning of HBC1019 for notes of lime cordial and valencia oranges.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a mild haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts bring adequate creamy sweetness for the hop profile laid down here. Light pine, HBC1019 screams its unhinged presence immediately, light coconut and lime tinged pineapple. Touches of candy fruits and stone fruits. Light and semi dry finish. A bright and hop fruity masterpiece!

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of overripe pineapple, orange, lime. Taste is the same, ripe pineapple, orange juice, lime, a dash of coconut, low bitterness. Medium bodied, not totally flat but oddly little carbonation. Not to judge based on name but I did find this more mellow than expected, though quite nice all the same.

Draft at the Beak brewery. Poured a hazy milky golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, lemon lime citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a super fresh, smooth, rich, coconut, lemon lime, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Truly awesome. Must be some Sabro or Talus in here although the commercial description says otherwise. Very sessionable.
