This cutting-edge Double IPA is brewed with the modern legends at Fidens out of Albany, New York. Saturated in Motueka that was freshly picked, air-freighted and smashed straight into this beer in less than a month, for incredibly bright notes of lemon and lime, backed up by our selected juicy Citra and punchy Nelson Sauvin.

Can at home, 24th July 25. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is dank and tropical. Taste is tropical, dank and light musty, citrus and dry, spice and gooseberry, it’s a great beer and probably one of Beaks best DIPAs

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Slightly thin bodied pale malts. A thin creamy sweetness. Cooling pine. Soft citrus, juicy, a little savoury skunk. Some floral lime. Smooth finish brings a mild hop spice. A mellifluous and drinkable dipa, if not even close to blowing me away.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of lime, grapefruit, mango, guava, white wine, dank notes. Taste is very fruity, zesty lime and grapefruit, guava, mango, Nelson's white wine, grape and gooseberry notes coming through strong at the end, with a nice dank finish. Medium-full bodied.
Great hop combo. Great DIPA.

Draft at Beak, Lewes. Poured a murky yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, lemon lime citrus, coconut. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, rich, dank, light citrus, oaty, big spicy hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
