The Parking Lot Grissette is a foeder-aged, tart farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration with our friends at Jester King Brewery. Like so many of our ideas, this rustic beer, dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon, was dreamed up in a parking lot session during a climbing trip with our Texas friends.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma with hoppy hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty bitter weak grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bitter finish.

50cl bottle pours a hazy orange with some creamy, white head. Nose has heavy pith, couch, soap, brett B, a little stale grist. Flavor follows with pithy citrus, dried crackers, orange, a little tomato. Dry and tart on the finish.

Bottle at the DC RateBeer Tasting. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, light spice, light floral notes, citrus. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, herbs. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

A very light yellow color with sticky 2 finger head. Smells a lot like petite prince. Sulphur, watermelon, peaches and hay. Very dense and substantial mouthfeel. Finish is a sulphur bomb with some table sugar. Kiwi and oranges with lemon peel. This one is surprisingly good
