Hushed pale pink head in no hurry to dip. Potent earthy agriculture, cherry pumice & barnyard nose. Tart, sour cherry & lime. Cherry pit, big apple skin astringency, some bigger moments of barnyard that air out. Lingering rose water & a clean, seriously crabby-tart popsicle stick finish. Lingering sulfites. Sizzly carb, thin, nice acid, a touch textured, on point abv. Very tasty, but it's kinda farmy & funked up till it settles down.
