500ml bottle @TreeRock. Slightly hazed pale gold bottle pour. Same fun pineapple acidity as the base Ebony bottle, but much more floral now with the Winesap. Taste is slightly yeastier, sweeter, low abv. Acidic white wine, pineapple & bitter skin. Obviously the same base, still slightly oxidized, lots of juicy flesh, bitey finish. Pretty good.
