A clear lightly red / copper liquid. Aroma is a soft cranberry and mild honey. Very tart cranberries to give a nice counter balance to the honey. Overall, nice balance and pretty enjoyable.

Clear 375ml bottle from Webb Chapel Beer. 13.8% edition. Stemless wine glass back at the bnb. Clear, iced tea-colored pour. Unintentional bubbles. Smell is rich with unfermented honey, wax & soft apple. I don't get cranberry yet. Taste is deliciously tart yet sweet & rich. Plenty more honey then their usual blends, the cranberry remains soft & juicy, never biting. Touch of smoke, & botcheted honey with the cranberry never really going away. Great acid that never breaks through the sugar. There could be some potential oxidation after all that, but I don't care. Full, rich, sharp, sticky, easy sipper. One of the best American meads I've had. Awesome.
