Dry-Hopped Imperial Stout
Brewed with a careful selection of caramel and roasted malts, the end result is a moderate, smooth roasted maltiness that is warming and gentle, but still firm. Bear Hug showcases hop aromas in an Imperial Stout without being overly bitter.

Sample at Eccentric. Body is deep brown and supports little head. Aromas are weakly hinting at coffee and dark brown sugar. Flavor is lots of coffee and a little anise that picks up on the tail end. Finish is bitter and licorice like.

Draft. Light honey and chocolate malt aroma. Dark chestnut with small head. Sweet chocolate caramel and barley malt flavor. Strong herbal hops finish. Very tasty - wish they’d bottle this one.
