Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Clear, pale gold pour at the Ft. Worth tap room. Soapy, red cinnamon gum & cardamom nose. Taste is on point chai with a lactose-like sweetness. More black pepper & cardamon than everything else, cinnamon kept in check. Apple pie, a little skin, bright, mellow tartness. Vanilla on the label but I couldn't find it. Okay.
