At the source. Not expecting much. Clear, medium oily gold pour. Cooked grocery apple nose, very slight sulfur. Maple nose is more caramel-y & fake. Medium sweet dessert apples, skin, soft & approachable maple syrup, low acid, low carb, very slightly smokey. Iffy adjunct special.
