The Carolina crew crafted Ghost Tree with Galaxy and Cashmere, infusing it with a whole forest's worth of flavor!
Bright notes of lemon-lime and peppery earth accent a biscuity backbone, underscored by a kiss of orange blossom honey. Floral nuances carry through to the cracker-crisp finish, where a restrained bitterness invites you back for another taste.

So close to being a great beer. Love the initial citrus-tropical hop notes, love how the pint cleans up to allow crisp pilsner malt to provide a brisk, grassy middle. Just wish there was a stronger floral/pine bitterness on the back end. Finishes kinda bland, lacking the spicy punch you want from a classic pils. Good, not great.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of citrus and peppery spice. Med body or so. Flavor seems to be citrus with a touch of kumquat and a light spice like white pepper. Very dry. Nicely bitter.

Single from Appalachian. Canned 11/27. Mojito glass @home. Clear gold, frothy but thin head. Herbal-earth, onion-orange nose, slightly medicinal nose. Earthy resin, bitter berry, slightly sweet confectionery, very herbal-dry finish. Slight acid & sharpness, crispy carb, body is a bit heavy & a touch boozy. Not tight enough.
