Appalachian. Mojito glass @home. Not yet New Years. Almost a bottle bomb. Slurps out. Murky, maroon brown with weak almond silt on top. Bitter-green, steel, wheat, black cherry skin, wood. More obvious cherry as it warms. Herbal, astringent dark cherry skin. Lemon, bittersweet cherry flesh, lots of tobacco, brown ale. Bit of oxidation. Acidic, plenty tart, lacquered, frothy, textured, a touch boozy. Liked.
