Bottle pour at NC Cider Fest. Clear, pale, gold, intentional still. Spiced, pie nose. Very hard to tell this from the apple spice. Waxy, fennel, very similar delicate spice to the cyser, but the honey is more citrusy. Still has that apple acidity, but the vender says there's nothing but pumpkin, spice & orange blossom honey. Good.
