Bottle pour at NC Cider Fest. Couple of pours. Sorta cloudy, pale gold, translucent, still. Fresh eating apple nose, some skin, round. Taste is cleaner than usual for them. Mild skin, white wine acid & soft dessert apple sweetness. Light sidra notes in the very back. Thin but creamy, borderline watery. Okay to good.
