Bottle. Hazy golden body. Frothy white head. Aroma of toasted grain, citrus, biscuit, grass. Sweet throughout with a light to moderate bitterness in the finish. Medium body with a velvety texture. Taste of earthiness, herbs, citrus. Hint of grapefruit. Body more like a Triple because of the higher alcohol. Sweeter than a saison should be. The Belgian yeast doesn't make much of a showing. But it's a OK, sweet sipper.

Delicious, a complex mix of grassy, herbal saison notes mixed with honey malt sweetness, citrus, and a yeasty baseline adding a bready undertone to the proceedings. Clove, straw, and flowers peek through in the fade. Very nice beer.

Hazy blond with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a candied sugary sweetness with some dark berries in the background. Predominantly sweet for the style although some dryness comes through in the finish.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 31/10/19. Very light haze on an orange golden pour with a well presented creamy white cap. Nose is dusty fruits, lemon rind, grains, yeast esters, hay bale. Taste comprises candied fruit rinds, lemon tinged straw, yeast esters, farmyard twang, light herb, subtle spice, bitter sweet fruit tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough and fairly well rounded saison if a touch sweet in places.

Bottle shared at CB. Pours a clearish deep gold to faint copper with a full 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Grass, honey, herbal hops, cereal grain and faint smoked malt notes. Crisp and clean on the palate, medium-bodied with honey and apricot that really stand out. Some light smoke notes come out as it warms. Draft at Salud Beer Shop. Crystal clear bright golden color white head. Aroma of lightly singed straw. Taste has very subtle smoke. Tasty enough but more smoke would be nice.
