500ml from Appalachian Vinter. Kinda surprised they stocked any local cider that isn't shit. Pale straw, almost clear, no head. Pear sweet, light twang, gentle plastic & heat on the nose. Creamy, almost all sharps, touch of dessert apple, acid-y middle, 7up sweet turning vinegar, lime sour, floral earth, gummy, starting to turn. Okay, but kinda a moving target. Bit tired of the natural ambient yeast all tasting sort of the same.
