Single can from the to-go cooler @Celestial Beerworks in Dallas. Pint glass back at the bnb. Clear, pale gold, dull pour. Flash of soda head. Big floral gin nose with extra orange rind. Strong but not overpowering spring honey, mellow floral perfume, an appropriate unsaturated spritz. Dry bittersweet apple body, slight tartness, dry berry, apple skin. Feels stronger & drier than their other gin cider. Pretty okay.
