750 bottle from Press online. Stemless @home. Faintly hazed, golden honey pee, quick rush of soda head. Earthy sweet nose, weak barnyard, veg, sulfur, saline. Taste is clay, sweet lettuce, sweet browned apples. Slick texture, strong sizzling carb, bittersweet, thick apple skin, dry, low acid flesh, pithy lemon rind, mineral water, popsicle stick. Faint grape essence. Bit hearty, warming. Mushy. Dry is really subjective, but this is barely dry. Pretty good. Almost great.
