Middle high acid, lingering tart.The little church pamphlet says 50/50 ratio of skins to apple juice. So, yeah, insanely wine-y, juicy, earthy fruit, desperate for a steak feels. Co-ferments are nothing new. This is all because of limited fruit year to year(& maybe some places finally caved & say okay, we'll try), but this one, from a leading brand, is particularly good. It particularly kills at a price point where low intervention wines can barely approach. Great.
