Notes from 10/22/24. Hazy, orange, pint glass pour at the source. Houston sure is humid. Floral, Flintstone vitamins, saline nose. Mild cereal sweetness, chalk, mellow earthy bitterness, a twinge of sweet lemon. Fizzy, strong acid, not tart, calcified. Speaks to me like another boring American wheat.
