The change in the air from summer to fall can bring about certain desires, and the tearing off of layers of clothing to go running into the forest and be enveloped by the cool night air and the light of the full moon may or may not be one of them.

For those times when primal urges call, we bring you Howls in the Night, a toasty amber Bock, lagered for just enough time to smooth its raucous temperament. Expect notes of shortbread, nougat, cola, and milk chocolate all wrapped around a smooth, malty body.

Pretty dang tasty dunkler bock, with a cocoa-dusted caramel center mixed with notes of apple, toasted nuts, and bread, with a modest floral bitterness on the back end. Nice pint.

Single from 604. Canned on 9/13/24. Jellied but clear, copper pour with a lingering soap scum. Middling estery, chestnut, sweet creme, earthy roast nose. A little humble Smokey caramel, savory noodles, mellow floral, bittersweet cereal bite on the tail. Overall, leaning a bit dry. Super classic. Frothy, full carb, creamy, bittersweet, slight lingering acid. Really great.
