Full pour at the source with some sliders. September 2024. Clear, medium amber, super heady, stuff peaks. Banana esters & pie spice nose. Pie spice, cream, high astringency, herbal bitterness, mellow soap, a bit of black pepper. Thin with a slightly yeasty body. Bite-y finish. Good++.
