This is our interpretation of a classic West Coast IPA with familiar notes of pine, resin + orange. Simcoe, Columbus, and Centennial hops create a complex bitterness up front and transforms into a malty sweetness in the back.

16oz can pours a murky amber, lacey white head. Nose has new school hops and old school malt. Cracker and toast. Some tropicals and even stone fruits. Wanted C hops though. Not super dry, which makes it feel less Westy... Medium bodied.

Pours red-tinged dark bronze into a willi. Tan head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Pine and citrus aromas. Soft with sweet caramel, pine and mild citrus upfront turning to earthy pith in the medium length finish.

Guest tap at 2 Feet Brewing. Hazy, dark dull gold, lingering, thick, oatmeal lace. Sweet citrus, slightly dank, pine tree nose. Resin-y, slight pine, lime acid, plenty of earthy sour bitterness. A touch sweet. Medium high carb, a bit thick, stiff abv. Decent+.
