Notes from 10/31/17 750ml bottle & tap from the source. Tulip glass. Cloudy, straw body. Foamy, almost meaty head. White wine, apricots, bubblegum, residual yeasts. Really floral on tap, a little less so much j bottle. Taste is dry, dusty, white wine & green table grapes. Juicy, moderately bitter hops, with a grainy wheat texture. Weird concord grape finish that seals it. Edible. Chewing on the glass grab and yeasty grain combo. Good stuff.
