A blend of Brettanomyces fermented golden sour beer conditioned with the juice and zest of oranges and lemons. The ultimate summer thirst quencher, our take on a Radler carries heaps of tropical and citrus fermentation character, along with refreshing citrus fruit juice flavours and aromatics from the zest.

Keg at Six Degrees North. Hazy pale golden body with a thick white head that holds well. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of brett yeast, grapefruit and lemon. Flavour of bitter lemon and funky yeast. Medium body with a slick texture. Very fizzy. Intensely sour and sharp - very interesting.

Draught keg at the Hole in the Wall, Brighton. Lightish gold and a little hazy with a small uneven white head. Some light funk, lime, kumquat. Gentle sour taste with lashings of hard citrus which hits through toothed lingerie finish. More lime and possibly some pineapple in the aftertaste. Pretty good if a tiny bit tame.

Tap at CAJS, Budapest, for Holy Goat's BPBW 2025 tap takeover. Thx Barba, Elena and Vášek! Hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Bit farty citric kettle sourish aroma, if funkier - definitely had more bugs in the mix. The taste also felt a bit more kettle sourish than expected, if fartier, and with a pleasant citric note. Just odd. I love how on another site it's, ridiculously, down as a Radler.
