750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic farmhouse notes, plenty of brett, and a touch of oak. Flavour is lightly tart/acidic, with plenty of tart citrus, gentle floral dry-hopping, and rustic saison yeast. Finishes rustic, yogurty, citrusy and nicely hoppy. Very good, but better on the nose than palate.

Hazy, pale amber. Thin head. Light fruitiness, with light blueberry/blackcurrant notes, a nice bit of cascade. The palate is an off-dry saison with good fruit, a bitter cascade note, this is really good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. In order of preference: Batch 1, 3, 2. Juicy peach, feint spelt and very soft hopping. Not bad.

750 ml bottle. Pours a dull gold with light head. Aromas of cottony stoned fruit, Brett, candied lemons and wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with stronger Brett plus a little tart grape skin. Quite nice.
