(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 29 May 2025) Dark brown colour, almost black, with foamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, coffee, chocolate, raisins and a mild roasty bitterness. Light body, dry. Rich and well made mild. Nice one.
