Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, yeasty. Taste: Wheat malt, yeasty, quite a lot of fruity esters (banana, some stone fruit and hints of lemon), subtle spicy cloves, some hopbitterness coming in. Moderate to over moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Slightly creamy body. Nice Weizen.

0.33 l bottle from 'De Hoppenaar', bottled in January 2025. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral aroma of clove, lots of pear, banana and some lemon peel. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral and slightly yeasty-spicy taste of lemon peel, pear, clove and some banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very decent Weizen, pleasantly fruity, really well-brewed.
