TASTING/AROMA:
This craft tripel has a cloudy appearance and has aromas of hops and spices.
Spicy flavours are immediately present with a good dose of bitterness and a slightly sweet note in the background.
The finish is predominantly bitter/hoppy and dry. Less sweet and hoppier than most tripels on the market due to the four hops used: Target, Northern Brewer, Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Centennial.

10/05/2025 Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö May tasting - sweet bready malty with notes of sweet citrus and dried fruit, yeasty linger, apricot and pine, sweet white sugar icing, medium body, citrusy sweet malty finish.
