Mais secrètement on en a gardé une petite quantité qu’on a fait vieillir 6 mois en barriques de Chardonnay et de Gin !
Résultat : une bière acidulée, complexe, aux notes vineuses,de fruits jaunes et de fruits à coques.

• Yeast : Nottingham

2 February 2025. New Year Tasting with Tim & Anke - cheers! Can from V and B Nanterre.
A: clear orange, thin, off-white head.
A: overripe plum, grape, white wine, cheese, leather.
T: sour grape, mandarin, herbs, leather.
F: vague herbal hops, woody tannins, grape skin, herbal gin.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Winey and herbal at the same time, well balanced, nice!

Clear light orange beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very sharp, quite some vinegar, a bit fruity, somewhat woody notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, pretty acidic, lemon juice, bitter, herbal, some tannins, a bit sweet, sharp. Aftertaste: very sharp acidity, fruity touch, ok but not great.
