Bright sunny hazy pale hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin. The Addition of Phantasm Thiol Powder from New Zealand boosts the tropical punch of the Nelson Sauvin hops. This easy drinking pale has notes of white grapes, papaya, gooseberry, and mild earthiness. Just the right amount of sweetness and body balances the hop bitterness for a refreshing beer.

Brewery draught, 6/4/25.
Heavily hazy, dull brass-golden. Small, white head.
Juicy white wine and tropical fruits with a touch of spice in the finish. Succulent malts yield honey and bread, balancing easily. Very fruity, soft, easygoing.
Grape powder giving off grape character, imagine that. Light spice/herb with plentiful tropical fruit and white grape. Malty, attenuated, with light honey and biscuit. I don't think these NZ hops need additional white grape character. I don't think phantasm intensifies the hop character, but rather greatly distracts from it and gives a boring, heavy white grape.
