A London classic that found a home on our sunny island. Every sip makes you want to drop under a palm tree. It’s a unique dark brew that has distinct undertones of coconut, dark chocolate and coffee. Because of here funky Caribbean flavor, the ideal beer for when the sun finally sets or at the end of a dinner. Mont Careta is the second highest mountain on our Island where you find, besides a stunning view, lots of palm trees and ripe coconuts.sland and its golden blond sunsets.

Tap at the brewery. Deep brown pour with a beige head. Nose is chocolate, toffee and coconut. Taste is chocolate-forward with nutty, coconuty touches. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, it’s got a somewhat oily body.

Okay beige foam and dark deep brown body, smells of smooth yeast and has hints of deep barley and baker's chocolate. Flavour is chewy deep coconut and some soft barley and coffee hints. Full on the mouth, good smooth finish. A coconut forward porter that works well, smooth and refreshing in a hot climate. Proof that location matters in a beer - this definitely works in its intended venue.

Tasting at Matt's
Dark brown colour, no head. It smells, it's a bit skunky, footy. Dry and weak mouthfeel, a bit of chocolate, stale.
Quite bad.

Amber. Toasty nose with light chocolate. Light body. Maybe a bit of the coconut, but all told this is kind of light. Clean. Might have a bit of acidity. Kind of a light porter, and the coconut isn't really making much of an impression, unfortunately.

12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is quite chalky and faded, with gentle toasted malt and oxidized, chalky notes. Flavour is very oxidized and chalky, with toasted malt, not much else. Think, chalky, oxidized. Not pleasant.

Draft at Lagoonies. Dark clear maroon brown color light tan head. Nice aroma of coconut on a soft roast background, and the coconut increases as it warms. Taste is rich roast coffee with decent coconut. Very tasty, and I'm very glad to see this beer in a warm climate! proof that it can work
