Dommage que Number 8 vende une bière avec une telle date.
Couleur pâle, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur une belle base maltée – pâle, caramel, finement toasté. Apport houblonné en retrait allant vers le pamplemousse.
Palais reste plus sur une approche maltée assez douce et plaisante – caractère bien grille et toaste voire avec une pointe de biscuite. Retrait houblonné allant vers un caractère de pin et agrumes-pamplemousse avec une finalité herbacée. Pas mauvaise même avec la BB assez proche.
