Light and black as a raven’s flight at midnight, we get this Stout, with only 3.5% alcohol and gluten free, so we can all drink it and enjoy it while reading Edgar Allan Poe. With an incredible intensity of flavors of roasted malts, aromas of cocoa, coffee, licorice... and a wonderful feeling of fullness in the mouth, surprising in a low alcohol beer. Ideal for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day or enjoying a long night out with friends.

Black with a huge, pillowy tan head. Roasted malts, earthy, burnt malt, licorice. Medium to full body. Finish has earth and some roasted notes. Bigger and bolder than I suspected for a 3.5% beer- really hitting on all cylinders.

Pours jet black with a big and lacing tan head. Aroma: roasted coffee beans, light licorice and cola. Taste: coffeish malts and roasted earthy hops. Light roasty bitterness Great beer. Well done guys.

Draft @ El Birrot.
Couleur brune foncée, col crémeux café au lait.
Arôme est malté surfant sur le pâle et le caramel, note plaisante de café en rétro-nasal avec une touche de cacao en retrait.
Palais est malté plaisant grillé avec une touche de cacao et léger café. Sèche avec une belle amertume un peu terreuse et finement sur la reglisse. Fini est poussiéreux un peu mentholé au fini.
