[ As Oliver’s Three Counties Dry Perry ].ABV: 5.8%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple - pear, wood, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pear, sweet pear - apple, oak, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20170818] 7-3-7-3-13

50 cl clear bottle. Pours pale yellow, no head. Aroma is dry perry and citrusy fruity. Dry, mild acetic. Perry. Dry and perry fruity. Slight herbal finish.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Clear very pale golden color, no head. I don’t know what it is with this perry, but it comes across very artificial to me. I just can’t get past that smell and flavor. Weird. And thin. And meh.

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Pale gold in colour, with a slightly green tinge and a couple of floaters. Dry pear juice aroma. Easy drinking for the ABV, with more dry fruit and a touch of acidity, before a slightly yeasty, tart finish. Ok.
