A harmonious blend of our traditional krieken lambic with a natural wine made
from Muscat Bleu from Wijndomein Hoenshof. The Muscat grapes underwent a
three-day cold maceration, followed by gentle pressing, spontaneous
fermentation, and aging in cuve. The result is an elegant interplay of subtle
spiciness and a vinous, fruity depth.

Sampled at Billies day 1. Dark amber to autumnal red color, yet clear, no head. Quite sour, unripe fruit again. Unripe red berries. Although slightly less sour than that. Hard to describe properly, I can only describe it in a way it resembles flavors I know from way back as a kid. Oh well... 9-6-6-6-6

Clear bright ruby red beer, no head. Aroma: weird, a bit funky, bubble gum, floral, oxidized, a little chemical. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: red grapes, pretty bitter, very sourish, a hint of vinegar, a bit oxidised, dry, woody. Aftertaste: some red wine, tannins, earthy, good but not great.

CBH2025. Red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is some tart wooden tones with mild cherries, a bit white wine like tones with some spiciness and quite strong oak. Flavour is oakes, some nicely tart cherries, vineous, mild spiciness and some berries.
