Sampled at Billies day 1. Dark amber to autumnal red color, yet clear, no head. Quite sour, unripe fruit again. Unripe red berries. Although slightly less sour than that. Hard to describe properly, I can only describe it in a way it resembles flavors I know from way back as a kid. Oh well... 9-6-6-6-6

From bottle at Wild Festival 2025. Quite tart and puckering with red fruit, berries, vinous notes, cherry. Pretty sour, fruity finish. Good.

CBH2025. Red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is some tart wooden tones with mild cherries, a bit white wine like tones with some spiciness and quite strong oak. Flavour is oakes, some nicely tart cherries, vineous, mild spiciness and some berries.

Very nice dark sweet cherries with cherry pits, some vanilla and fruity notes. Taste is tart, woody, dry ish, a lot of cherries. Pleasant.
