7/XII/24 - 75cl bottle @ the Big Bottles Tasting / Proevertjesdag (Oudenburg), BB: 5/I/25, 2+5% Tokaj, 1983 Aszu 5P, 2004 Aszu 4P (2024-1257) Thanks to Martijn for sharing the bottle!
Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very nice, earthy, wood notes, lots of brett, wild yeast, fruity, dusty, very nice, lovely smell! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very nice, fruity, lots of grapes, pretty bitter, some orange peel, nice stuff! Aftertaste: pretty dry, dusty, grapes, fruity, a bit lemony, citrus notes, woody, some tannins, good!
