Americká kooperace. Spolupráce s pivovarem Human Robot, mistry ležáků z Philadelphie. Náš dry hopped Kölsch je za studena bohatě nachmelený odrůdami Nelson Sauvin (Bliss) a Eclipse, a navíc jsme při horkém přečerpávání do fermentoru přidali velkou dávku Amarilla přímo do mladiny. Výsledkem je lehký, svěží a citrusový zážitek z pití, který nám umožnil vyzkoušet nové zajímavé techniky přidávání chmele a dále rozvíjet a vylepšovat naše dry hopped ležáky.

Can from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Rather hopped up 'Kölsch' that drinks like an IPL. Fruity with grainy malt, orange, some apricot and a hint of pine. Medium bitter with a slight sweetness. Easy and very drinkable.

Herber, trocken kräutriger Beginn. Moderate Bitterkeit, ein wenig grasig, rund, mittellanger Abgang. OK. 9/10/9/7/8/8

Draught Small white rim on a clear golden beer. Thai spices, pale malts, lemongrass, sugars and dry herbs. Good exotic hops, finish is maltsweet. Bit empty in the end; good carbonation. OK. Txs to Marko!

Tap with Joris and Stef at the Sibeeria Taproom. Almost clear pale golden body, light off-white head. Pleasant resinous-citric hoppy aroma, with growing white grape notes. Lean, light, very clean backbone carrying well integrated herbal, citric and white grape hoppy notes. Well balanced, tasty, quite drinkable. Great job!
And now I have Baroness on loop in my head, thank you.
