Draft - Bready pale malts and some caramel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Earthy and dusty with a smoked pepper notes. Chipotle is not as forward as it could be, especially on the nose.

Cask at Homo Sibaris, RBESG 2016. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma of light fruits, herbal notes, light pepper, light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with near flat carbonation. [10-07-2016]

10th July 2016: on tap in Homo Sibaris with the RBESG guys. Golden orange with a weak head. Slightly smoky in nature with a mildly hot sausage in the background. Strange blend really and I did not take to it greatly. Scored kindly.

Cask at Homo Sibaris. Clear golden with fizzy white head. Light sweet malts, some smoke, spices, green chilies. Medium sweet and bitter. medium bodied with soft carbonation.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light citrusy. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy and slight chili bite. Bitter and mild chili building finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks Dagan. Hazy orange. Aroma of yeast, malt, spiciness, minerals/metal, and a fruity hint. Sweet malty flavor with caramel, yeast, minerals, and some smoky/spicy/vegetal chipotle. Medium-bodied.

Hazy amber color. Big malty nose with spicy pepper notes somewhat present, but hops are subdued. The mouth is smokey, spicy, somewhat hoppy, sufficient malt back bone to give it balls. The finish is modestly hoppy, but a big sharp spicy bite. Really nicely made, could be a bit hoppier and could make an IPA version, but really enjoyed this.

12oz pour at La Cerveteca. Pours a hazy orange with a ring of creamy, white head. Nose has a bit of smoke, some honey comb, some light maple, orange, malt. Flavor is cool, a little baked beans, some mold chile pepper, a little jamon, some malt, some orange. Spicy finish with a bit of heat. Well made.
