Bru-1 hopped version.
Aromas of freshly sliced, fleshy pineapple are achieved not only by the addition of 100kg of pineapple juice, but also by the use of the intensely fruity Bru-1 hop. Coriander seeds add gently aromatic notes of sweet spice. A delicate acidity keeps the beer bright and fresh, while a touch of salt on the finish adds balance and drinkability. A humble reimagining of a classic German style.

Anspach & Hobday - The Pineapple Gose Bru-1 hopped ed. 4.2%
Little cloudy yellow blond beer, big irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of pineapple all right, funky, a bit mineralic, nice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty metallic up front, dry, sweet touch, a little bitter, nice acidity, pineapple all right, very nice! Aftertaste: fruity, pineapple, acidic, juicy, a little watery, lemonly notes, pretty decent!

44cl can, BB 02/07/2026, batch# 003.

Tap at Anspach and Hobday bermondsey. A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a fine sticky white head. Aroma is sharp and salty, green, guava. Lemon cif, salt. Flavour is composed of sharp, tangy, salty, citrus, guava, base malts, lemon rind, salty finish. Palate is sharp and tangy, pinch of acid, highish carbonation. Good.
