Wild Ale fermentowane autorskim blendem dzikich drożdży. Piwo spędziło 29 miesięcy w beczkach po bourbonie Heaven Hill. Leżakowanie pozwoliło wzbogacić delikatnie kwaśną i owocową bazę o nuty wanilii i kokosa co pozwoliło nas stworzyć piwo mocno zaskakujące i nieszablonowe.

Poured hazy and deep yellow in color.
Nicely tart with fruitiness, lots of wood and barrel notes. Complex, light funky. Very dry.

TCBW2025. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tart fruits, some earth and mild citrus tones with some wood, mild funk and spiciness to it. Flavou ris citrus, some floral, fruity, mild wooden tones with some mild spiciness and some biscuity elements too.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Hazy yellow body. Somewhat funky, wild, bretty aroma, minerally, with berry and grape notes. Lean, dry, minerally, tart taste with a pleasant grape presence, didn't get the barrel outright, but this wasn't the best moment to dive deeper into it. It's a good one and I hope to be able to give it some more time at some other point.
