Can from the brewery. Opaque, inky black, tons of sparkle, crackling, creamy brown head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong cocoa, marshmallow, faint graham cracker. Taste is strong, sugary marshmallow, dominant over late milder chocolate and hint of cherry. Graham only in the finish. Smooth, thick, creamy texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Aroma is strong and balanced. Taste is too marshmallow and too sweet. Letting this sit seems to help but maybe should have rested even more.

16 oz can traded by tfontana, thank you Tom. Aroma is mild vanilla and strong marshmallow. Flavor shows mild roasted malt with the vanilla and bold marshmallow. The one negative as it does have some sugar in the finish. If they let that ferment out a little bit more, this might be special.

Undated can from tfontana, drunk 6/13/25. Thanks, Tom!
Dark. Can't determine clarity. Big, creamy, tan head. Well-retained.
Smells sweet, as expected. But pretty homogeneous. No single adjunct dominating, and a bit of light roast to help combat the sugar. Lots of creamy-sweet, vanilla-laced mallow, and no alcohol. A bit of raw sugar, but pretty minimal.
Quite sweet, though with some acidity coming in right away and the marshmallow character really emerging nicely on the finish. The marshmallow really shines and tastes authentic and great, for what it is. But yeah, this is still a bit more raw sugar than I'd want, even giving it credit for being a dessert stout. Light dark chocolate and mild roast do help combat the sweetness a bit, but it needs more attenuation and a bit more age. Still very rough, raw and sugary at points. Though not boozey, which is nice.
