A hazy IPA brewed with wheat and oats for a thick body and smooth mouthfeel. Fermented cold with lager yeast for a clean profile that shows off the hop character to it’s fullest potential. Double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Topaz, Citra & Sabro for aromas and flavours of citrus, tropical fruits with a coconut undertone.

Can. Baltic IPA? Cold IPA? Dunno! Pretty much a clear gold beer with a good and persistent off white head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly lagerish malts. A persistent floral tang throughout. Hops bring light pine and obvious Sabro coconut. Some bitterish citrus and citrus peel. Abundant hop spice. Light semi dry finish. A curious affair. A bit West Coast but not really well aligned to that style. Interesting but not something I found myself quaffing easily, a bit awkward overall.

Keg at The Kingston CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival, Kingston upon Thames. A hazy golden/orange pour with a healthy white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, citrus, orange, mango, coconut, pineapple, tropical fruit taste, aroma is something similar. An extremely tasty IPA.
