(Draft at Manifest Taproom, Berlin, 16 July 2025) Cloudy golden orange colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of apricots, peaches, tropical fruit and a touch of vanilla. Fruity, tart taste with apricots, peaches and passionfruit. No bitterness. Medium body, with a slight vanilla sweetness. Refreshing and well balanced, with a generous acidity and a good fruit character. Very nice.

From tap. Pours hazy orange, white head. Aroma is tropical fruity. Juicy, siur. Citruc. Shivering. Sweet and lingering fruity far finish.

Im Glas erscheint dieses Pastry Sour kräftig orangefarben, nektarartig und entsprechend trüb. Obenauf findet sich praktisch kein Schaum, was aber für ein Sour nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Die Nase ist voll von absolut natürlicher Aromatik einer vollreifen Marille. Pago Marille kann es definitiv nicht so gut. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, feinrezent, superfruchtig und angenehm säuerlich. Der Körper zeigt eine schöne, nektarartige Fülle, feine Rezenz, eine nektarartige, ölig-cremige Textur und bleibt trocken und säuerlich herb. Geschmacklich und aromatisch darf man die volle, saftige, nektarartige Marillenaromatik erwarten. Dazu eine schöne, passende und durchaus komplexe Säure. So wirkt dieses Bier auch super harmonisch und wartet mit einer super Drinkability auf. Im Nachtrunk wirkt die Marille unglaublich gut nach und wird von einer angenehmen Restrezenz, sowie einer schönen Säure begleitet.
