We’ve mastered, tasted – and fallen completely under the spell of Riwaka hops! This NEIPA session is our celebration of one of New Zealand’s most unique hops. Low alcohol, but a flavour so rich it will stay in your memory. Expect an explosion of citrus notes dancing on the smooth, light body.
Some hops have such a distinctive character that they just don’t need a wingman. Riwaka is exactly that case. This New Zealand variety combines explosive citrus flavours with an effortless elegance – grapefruit, lime, light resin and a touch of the tropics. We’ve built Veni Vidi Riwaka as a Single Hop Session NEIPA with a low alcohol and light body that lets Riwaka shine in all its glory. The result is a beer with extremely high drinkability and an unexpectedly rich aroma – perfect for quenching summer thirst and smooth transitions from glass to glass. It’s a beer made for those who like to immerse themselves in the details of one particular hop and seek expression, purity and elegance in the glass. Riwaka is a hop that deserves a solo – and we’re happy to give it one.

Can at Pivní zastávka with Gurthnar. Shiny yellow-golden body, off-white head. Some grape-citric touches and well integrated herbal NZ hop notes, fresh, in the aroma. Nice, soft body, lime touches, some white grape, again, liiightly tart and liiiightly bitter, juicy really to a point... Excellent Riwaka expression, not one-dimensional thankfully. It is what it is, in a very good way!

Tap at Pivni zastavka. Med-thin body, med-high carbo. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Med-high gooseberry, grassy, light lemony. Pretty tasty, Riwaka works well here solo. Drinkable, tasty, good.
