Comprised of Arthur and Florence, which were aged in barrels for between 10 and 24 months and then conditioned atop a variety of fresh organic citrus for many months. Bright, lightly tart and delicate, this enlivens the memory of spring citrus as we wend our way towards cooler temperatures.

Thanks to LKS. Hazy slightly dark gold beer, small off white head. Palate is light and dry and has a stinging fine crispness. Tart white wine and pomelo with a twist of pink grapefruit. Flinty sour fruits before a bit of acetic burn on the dry finish. Bright and punchy.

Bottle at the columbus tasting 24/11/2022. Many thanks to LKS. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a fine lose white head. Aroma is bitter citrus oils, bergamot, lemon rind, some harsh alcohol, woody citrus, cif. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, bitter citrus oils, lemon cif, lemon rind, lime zest, . Massive citrus. Palate is bitter, citrus oils, fine carbonation. Bit harsh. Lingering lime cordial.

Bottle shared in London - sourced from a trade. Sharp citrus perfume aroma. Lightly sweet with a lot of oily orange peel, lemongrass, floor cleaner, subtle funk. Light bodied with active carbonation. Finishes with more oily citrus, a little grass, some throat burn. Interesting stuff. A little rough at the edges. Not a typical HF offering.

Draft at Salud Cerveceria. Cloudy golden color white head. Big citrus aroma with subtle vinous tannins. Taste is pink grapefruit pulp, more tannins, soft sourness. Tart and juicy. Nice summer beer

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong lemon zest, perfume, floral. Thin body, lemon, grape, oak, nice tartness, light acidity, very good.

From bottle courtesy of Thomas. Thank you very much Tom!! Light hazy yellow color with white head. Yeasty and malty aroma, funky, herbal spicy, floral, roses?, fruity, lychees?, citrus. Acidic, light sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
