Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium bubblegum, slight banana with a medium-low oxidized malt aroma (slightly caramely). APPEARANCE: gold color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-low notes of bubblegum, slight banana and clove, followed by a soft and slight sweet and wheaty malt background showing signs of oxidation (caramelly). low bitterness with a bready finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a weissbier that seams to have nice notes while fresh, but already starting to show oxidation character. Demands re-tasting.
