Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (29A/21A). Bottle 33 cl (batch / BBF unknown). AROMA: medium-low hop aroma with some oxidized notes (slight cheese, dried leafs), followed by a background of over-ripe fruit-like note and a slight toffee malt background. APPEARANCE: ?mbar color and slightly hazy. large ivory head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-low fruit-like note, followed by resin, pine and slight oxidized (chesse) hop notes. slightly sweet malt background with a toffee note. m?dium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium to medium-low body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: an IPA already a bit oxidized. Demands a fresher retasting.
