Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 24B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L19617Q (BBF 01-11-2018). AROMA: medium aroma of yeast, cereal husk and a light acidic background note. APPEARANCE: ambar color and clear. medium beige head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium notes of yeast (uncooked bread), cereal husk, underatenuated malt. faint acidic background. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. faint astringency. OVERALL: a poor executed belgian pale ale.
