AROMA: predominant slight sweet honey aroma, resembling mead. light to medium alcohol aroma as also some fruity esters. background malty notes (toffee). APPEARANCE: ambar color and murky. excessive foam of ivory color, with good retention. TASTE: honey flavor with slight fruity notes and a very faint background of caramelized malt. low bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish. balance towards sweetness but with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low to low body with very excessive carbonation (gusher). OVERALL: an amber ale with honey with some balance, but still towards the honey. needs carbonation improvement
