AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with notes of ripe fruit and flower (berries, some papaya and lychees). medium-low to low malt background with a slight light caramel character. APPEARANCE: amber to dark copper color and cristal clear. medium-low ivory head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium hop notes similar to the aroma (flowery, lychees, ripe fruit, oranges). medium-low malt character with some caramel notes. medium to medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry finish, slightly bitter and with a slight toasty note. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a interesting and different take of the style with a pleasant aroma and flavor from the hop combination.
